Young learners distinguish between fiction and non-fiction and then delve deeper into genres and topics. Included is a planning sheet that outlines three lesson plans, complete with objectives, a list of necessary materials, activities, and follow-up suggestions to reinforce learning. There are two ready-made labels for fiction and non-fiction to facilitate a hands-on card sorting activity.
